Our vineyards are situated near the cevennes, the northern range
of mountains of the Languedoc region in the South of France.
The cooler climate with careful and sensitive viticulture and
vinification allows the production of wines which are fresh,
delicate and unique.
The blend of Viognier and Chardonnay, with 25% of the total volume
fermented and aged in frensh oak barrels during 6 months, results
in a complex, crisp and fresh easy-to-drink wine with notes
of pineapple, white flowers, peach and hints of vanilla.
