Our vineyards are situated near the Cevennes, the northern range of mountains of the Languedoc région in the South of France.
The cooler climate with careful and sensitive viticulture and vinification allows the production of wines which are fresh, delicate and unique. This 100% viognier was hand harvested at the end of October, gently pressed and fermented during several weeks in a unique french oak barrel. Fermentation naturally stopped mid november leaving us with a subtle, tasty and extraordinarily balanced sweet wine that will charm your palate. Requiem is a complex, fresh wine with quince flavours that will join you perfectly in those sweet moments.
